Individual Therapy

My therapeutic approach is multifaceted, and tailored to your unique healing journey. There's no one-size-fits-all solution.


With a foundation of psychodynamic talk therapy, my training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Healing Shame offers a structured framework for exploring your internal dynamics. As a trauma-informed therapist, our work together will find a safe pace for your healing.  Our sessions may incorporate somatic exploration, visualization, mindfulness exercises, parts work, and other experiential practices.

Relationship Therapy

Relationship Therapy encompasses the variety of relationships structures, such as friendships, romantic partnerships involving two individuals, or polyamorous relationships. This approach allows us to explore relational dynamics in real-time, with all the complexities present in the therapy room. In this setting, we have opportunites to address multiple relationships simultaneously: each person's connection to themselves and to others.

In my work with relationships, I prioritize creating a secure space where individuals feel heard and valued. Drawing from my training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I delve into relationship dynamics, exploring patterns, triggers, and reactions that sustain harmful or unfulfilling cycles prompting therapy. Together, we unravel barriers and examine our mutual impact, fostering deeper understanding.

Through this collaborative exploration, we gain insight into each person's role within the relationship, ultimately empowering individuals to better comprehend themselves. By fostering this self-awareness, we pave the way for everyone to engage in fulfilling interactions that honor their most cherished connections.

Group Therapy
